EULA - End User License Agreement

The user is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to reproduce and use for PERSONAL purposes the executable code version of the Product, provided any copy must contain all of the original proprietary notices. You may not copy, reverse engineer, translate, port, modify or make derivative works of the Product. You may not rent, disclose, publish, sell, assign, lease, sublicense, market, or transfer the Product or use them in any manner not expressly authorised by this Agreement. You shall not derive or attempt to derive the source code, source files or structure of all or any portion of the Product by any means whatsoever. You may not use the Product to operate a service bureau or for any other use involving the processing of data of other persons or entities. publisher retains all ownership rights in the Product. You shall not alter or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in or on the Product. The Product is provided to you on an AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS basis, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Product is BORNE BY THE USER. IN NO EVENT SHALL PUBLISHER OR ITS EMPLOYEES, OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MIGHT OCCUR TO ANY OF YOUR PROPERTY, COMPUTER, ETC. IN CONSEQUENCE OF YOU USING THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.
